How to Find the MAC Address on Your Computer

Windows (10/11)

  • Command Prompt: Press Win + R, type cmd, then enter ipconfig /all. Look for "Physical Address" under your adapter.
  • Shortcut: Type getmac /v /fo list in Command Prompt to quickly list all adapter addresses.
  • Settings: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi or Ethernet and select your connection to find the "Physical address".


macOS

  1. System Preferences: Click the Apple menu > System Preferences > Network.
  2. Select your connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), click Advanced, then select the Hardware tab to see the MAC address.
